Every Yumiyu pack is the result of five disciplined steps run inside our own facility.
Step 01
Ingredient Sourcing
We work directly with trusted farms and fisheries across Indonesia. Every batch starts with food we would eat ourselves.
Step 02
Preparation
Whole ingredients are cleaned, portioned, and arranged on trays by hand. No marinades, no fillers.
Step 03
Freeze-Drying
Trays move into low-temperature vacuum chambers, where moisture is sublimated away over 24+ hours — preserving nutrition and structure.
Step 04
Quality Control
Each batch is sampled for moisture, weight, and visual integrity before it ever sees a pouch.
Step 05
Packaging
Sealed in resealable, moisture-barrier pouches, each pack is coded for full traceability back to its source batch.
